Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

We like to keep things simple, especially when it comes to your wine deliveries 🍷

📦 One-Off Purchases

If you've ordered a one-time bottle (or box!) of wine, you can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been fulfilled yet. Just drop us an email at chipstead@thegrapevariety.com with your order number and we’ll take care of the rest.

🍷 Subscription Orders

Subscribing to The Grape Variety Wine Club? Here’s how cancellations work:

  • You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime via your customer portal (link included in every subscription email).
  • To avoid being charged for the next shipment, make changes at least 3 days before your next billing date.
  • If an order has already been processed and is out for delivery, cancellation will apply to the next cycle instead.
