Returns & Refunds Policy

At The Grape Variety, we want you to love what you drink. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We don’t accept returns on wines or perishables unless the item is faulty or damaged. If your order arrives broken or not as expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.
  • You’ll need proof of purchase (your order confirmation email is fine).

Refunds

Once we’ve reviewed your issue, we’ll let you know if a refund has been approved. If approved, it’ll be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are only offered for:

  • Damaged goods upon delivery
  • Incorrect items sent
  • Out-of-stock items we’re unable to fulfil

Exchanges

We don’t offer product exchanges, but if you received the wrong item, let us know and we’ll make it right.

In-Person Purchases

If you bought your wine in-store at The Grape Variety, please bring the item and receipt back with you. Refunds or replacements are offered for faulty or damaged products only.
