This small familly estate of 13 hectares produces wines built for aging! The “ripasso” technique gives to the Valpolicella based wine intense ripe dark fruit, kirsch, spices, and chocolate notes. The palate is rich with bitting tannins, some red meat or ossobuco will “compliment” this wine!
