Tasting Notes:Such a tiny production from this 4.5 hectares familly estate! Les famous than the neighbouring Châteauneuf du Pape, this Rasteau shows a beautiful dark fruit concentration, coming along with pepery and liquorice notes. In the mouth it is rich with ripe tanins and a long mineral finish. A classic blend of Grenache SYrah and Mourvèdre to pair with casserol, lamb or duck.
